Wellness for you + the earth

Hi! I'm Kayla, a Panama City Beach, FL gal since 2023...with my husband Jeff and two fur children, Jack and June :)  We've moved cities a lot, but KC, MO was extra special, as it's where I started my yoga teaching journey back in 2015. It's there I taught full-time power vinyasa, restorative and hot yoga, sculpt and barre, while also co-leading their 200hr yoga teacher trainings and helping run their studios. My favorite part of teaching is feeling so connected to the community!

 

Since finding our final-ish spot in PCB, my vision at Emerald Life Yoga and Refillery is to create a community that supports mindfulness, health and wellness for both you and the earth - especially here in PCB, as recycling isn't very accessible. Along with teaching yoga, we offer plant-based & all-natural refillable soaps and cleaners, along with other non-liquid cleaning and soap options. Our eco-shop offers other environmentally-friendly home, pet, plant, yoga and gift products that are biodegradable and/or compostable, in effort to cut down on waste & provide cleaner safer products for everyone in the home! Now I'm just waiting for someone to open a refillable wine bar here, so I can refill those bottles too ;)
