Welcome to Emerald Life Yoga and Refillery – where wellness and sustainability meet.

I've been a certified 200hr yoga teacher since 2015 (along with other fitness style classes, like Sculpt, Barre, FIT) and have co-led several 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings during my time in KCMO. I absolutely love the community that was / is created from teaching and practicing!  

I teach private classes for events, parties, workplace wellness, beach rentals, apartment resident events, expos, yoga on the beach and more!
